Global Food and Beverage Intern/Trainee (J1 VISA)

Position Summary:
The Global Food and Beverage Intern/Trainee will work closely with our experienced culinary and hospitality team to gain practical experience and develop skills in various aspects of food and beverage operations. This position is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on training in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Key Responsibilities:

Assist in food preparation, cooking, and presentation under the guidance of experienced chefs.

• Support the front-of-house team in providing exceptional customer service, including taking orders and serving food and beverages.

Learn about food safety and sanitation standards and ensure compliance at all times.

• Help maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

Participate in menu planning and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the dining experience.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the food and beverage outlets.

Take part in special events and promotions as required.

• Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant hospitality or culinary program.

• Strong passion for the food and beverage industry and a desire to learn and grow.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Basic understanding of food safety regulations and practices.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Proficiency in a second language (preferred but not required).
