Assists in the feasibility of raw lands for various project development.- Verifies the correctness of project boundaries, land development, and other survey data gathered from the actual survey.
Researches the previously approved survey plans and set of approved coordinates.
- Computes the individual coordinates, and area based on provided technical descriptions, sketch plans, and other possible sources of provided land plots.
Prepares the individual Technical Description (TD).- Prepares survey documents.
Prepares documents for the maintenance and/or purchase of surveying instruments and accessories.
- Prepares and assists in the creation and handling of necessary bidding documents when necessary.
Creates presentations and assists in high level presentations to internal groups and external clients when there is a need for geodetic analysis and technical explanations for land development and data.- Provides third party vendors, service providers, and suppliers that will help with any necessary project development needs.
Coordinates with third party vendors and service providers and assists in direction of their work providing technical assistance as needed
- Handles any land related project development needs which includes but are not limited to documentation, surveying, scheduling, and costing.
Implementation of all survey activities included but was not limited to relocation, topographic, and actual survey.- Assists in keeping property mapping up to date and ensuring accuracy of property boundaries of all related properties.
Preparation of progress or technical reports as needed.
- Creation and maintenance of necessary databases that pertain to land and land related projects.
Coordinate with the local team to process and analyze data- Coordinate with local government units to process needed documents
Coordinate with the business development team and other company executive to determine viable and cost-effective approaches to pursue new business opportunities
- Meet and discuss with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals
Attend to any other directives provided by the supervisor and company president.
- Skills and Qualifications:
License is an advantage.- Proficiency in Google Earth and other land related software.
Driven and detail-oriented
Strong business acumen- Excellent management, communication, and analytical skills
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge in canva and AutoCAD is highly desirable
Ability to travel as needed.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance.
- Excellent organizational skills
