Educational Background
BS Civil Engineering Civil, Structural or Geotechnical Engineer or BS Architectural Graduate Preferably Professional Licensed
Required Skill(s): MS Office, AutoCad.
Has excellent verbal and written communications skills
Preferably 2 years Experienced as Surveyor or equivalent.
Strong numerical and IT skills
Responsible for the cost of any building project - from initial estimates, right through to the final acquisition of materials..
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys in order to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed.
- Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
- Direct or conduct surveys in order to establish legal boundaries for properties, based on legal deeds and titles.
- Record the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features.
- Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other characteristics of terrain.
- Prepare or supervise preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys.
- Prepare lay-out of excavation lines and monitoring of the elevation to be cut or fill
- Prepare lay-out of structural, architectural works and conducts as-built survey of structural and architectural works.
- Evaluates billing of sub-contractors for excavation.
- Preparation of report on the condition of as-built structured.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php33,000.00 per month
