Octal Philippines Inc. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Geodetic Engineer to join our team. As a Geodetic Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting surveys, analyzing data, and providing accurate geospatial information for various projects.
Responsibilities
- Conduct land and topographic surveys using advanced surveying equipment
- Analyze data and prepare accurate survey reports, maps, and other geospatial information
- Perform boundary surveys and establish property lines
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure the accuracy and precision of surveying activities
- Utilize GPS and GIS technology for surveying and mapping purposes
- Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in geospatial engineering technology
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations during surveying activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Geodetic Engineering or relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Geodetic Engineer
- Proficiency in using advanced surveying equipment and software
- Strong knowledge of geodetic principles, surveying techniques, and coordinate systems
- Experience in land and boundary surveying
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in challenging environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
