Data Entry & Management:
- Maintain records of sales targets vs. actual
Manage Tech sharepoint site
Appointment Scheduling:- Coordinating calendar for CTO
Scheduling meetings for tech organization
- Assist in organizing events and travel
Reporting and Analysis:
- Manage and monitor the technology tracker for leadership updates and projects
Prepare weekly reporting- Monitor open tech staffing needs by client for greater visibility
Communication Support- Assist in social media management and content creation for promotional opportunities
Assist with organizing event, webinars, and training seminars
Customer Service:
- Responding to internal questions in a timely manner
Follow up with post client visit/SOW deliverables- Send client surveys prior, during, and post project completion
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,- 00 - Php60,000.00 per month
