At least a year of working experience in a virtual assistant or other relevant position.- Must have good oral and written communication skills.

- Organize communication via emails and phone calls
Administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, database entries, data presentations, and travel arrangements.- Must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.
Organize Social Media calendar based on template and enter assets into Google Sheets.
- Managing social media pages like Instagram, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Database Management- Ability to do lead generation and prospecting of potential candidates using lead and prospecting tools.
Any other administrative tasks as directed by the Client.
