Key Areas of Responsibilities:
- Community Management: Assist in managing our mastermind/community, ensuring engagement and smooth operations
- Sales Support: Follow up on sent proposals and contribute to the sales process
- Website Maintenance: Perform regular updates and improvements to our website
- Tech Support: Provide technical assistance and implement automation to streamline processes
- Data Management: Handle data entry tasks and maintain accurate records in Airtable
- Client Feedback: Facilitate the collection and processing of client feedback
- Vendor Sourcing: Assist in identifying and onboarding various vendors through platforms like Upwork
- Content Creation: Contribute to the development of playbooks, presentations, and documents
- Reporting: Update metrics and generate reports to track performance and progress

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a General Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in various tools (CRM, Project Management, MS Office, etc.)
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Flexibility to work part-time initially, with the potential for full-time employment
