The General Services Specialist shall be responsible in overseeing construction, repairs and renovations in the clinic branches and head office.

General Duties and Responsibilities
- Visits assigned clinics for inspection together with GSD Utility Officer
- In charge in all immediate Mechanical works
- In charge of material acquisition for mechanical works
- Oversee and monitor contractors works in the clinics assigned
- Facilitate required permits and gate pass for works in clinic inside the mall
- Performs other/additional tasks required by the immediate superior like hauling
of materials in warehouse and transport of clinic machines and other equipment.
Job Qualifications
Education: At least high school graduate or equivalent with TESDA certificate preferred.
Experience: With at least 5 years intensive work experience related to complex Mechanical works.
