Job Description

A General Sales Manager oversees the sales operations of a dealership, ensuring efficient and profitable performance. They manage sales teams, set sales goals, and develop strategies to achieve targets. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, pricing strategies, and customer preferences to maximize sales opportunities. They also collaborate with other departments such as finance and service to enhance overall customer satisfaction and dealership profitability. Additionally, they monitor sales metrics, coach sales staff, and implement training programs to maintain high standards of performance and professionalism.

Pay: Php36,
  • 00 - Php40,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift


Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
