We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced General Manager to lead our team at CoSY Coworking Space. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a passion for community building, customer service, and business development. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the coworking space operations, including member relations, facility management, marketing, and financial performance.
Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain members, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement within the community.- Lead a team of staff members, including community managers, administrative staff, and maintenance personnel, to deliver exceptional service and support to members.
Manage day-to-day operations of the coworking space, including facility maintenance, security, and cleanliness, to create a welcoming and professional environment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive membership growth and awareness of CoSY Coworking Space.
Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management, to ensure the financial health and sustainability of the coworking space.- Foster a positive and inclusive community culture by organizing events, workshops, and networking opportunities that promote collaboration and knowledge sharing among members.
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community partners to enhance the coworking space's visibility and reputation in the area.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and operational policies and procedures.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the coworking, hospitality, or service industry, with a track record of success in managing operations and driving business growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members, staff, and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
