Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for day to day operational, financial, and personnel performance.
Establish or implement goals and standards to maintain and control operational integrity, service levels, costs, and safety requirements.
Supervise performance against plans and initiates corrective actions to improve results.
Identify equipment, facilities, staffing, and training needs.
Participate as team member to headquarters support organizations and United operating departments.
Coordinate and provide functional mentorship and supervision of contracted ground handling agents.
Represent United Airlines for airport activities to host government federal, state, and local airport authority agencies.
Direct the airport operational activities for all airport lines of service including customer service, ramp service, and station control center/operations in a fully vendor and outsourced environment.
Direct station activities to ensure outstanding customer service including mainline and STAR Alliance partners.
Ensure all security measures are accurately in place to comply with AOSSP and UA internal security requirements.
Responsible for compliance with Stations controls and Internal Audit standards.
Responsible for maintaining station facilities, equipment, and professional appearance standards for all United employees.
Responsible for performance management and ongoing professional developmental support of team members.
Manage vendor service contracts and maintain positive vendor relations and various airport management relations and ongoing exchange of information and ideas.
Provide financial oversight for station level Airport Operations expenses assuring targets are met.
Represent the company to local governmental agencies and maintain strong working relationships.
This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.

What's needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
3 years of management experience in an airport services environment or equivalent experience
Knowledge of airport operations to include hub operations, terminal/ramp operations, operational corporate policies and procedures, and airport ATW IT systems (i.e. AERO, BART, MAP device, SHARES, Volare)
Ability to work in dynamic, fast paced operational environment.
Analytical thinking, problem solving, goal-directed leadership, service-oriented performance, and drive for excellence
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Flexible to work all shifts and, when necessary, available 7 days a week / 24 hours a day, including holidays and weekends, to deal with any operational and /or unforeseen situations.
Legally authorized to work in the Philippines for any employer without sponsorship and be able to pass security background check to acquire SITA access
Willing an able to travel. For occasional travel to the USA, must have the ability to acquire United States visa as well as a valid and active passport
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
Basic understanding of Ramp Service processes and knowledge of TC75 scanners
Fluent in Cebuano
