Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded General Manager to lead our team at AtletA Sportswear. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record of driving business growth, managing operations, and fostering a positive company culture. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, from sales and marketing to product development and customer service, with a focus on achieving strategic objectives and delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization, aligning business objectives with the company's mission and vision.

Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share.

• Oversee sales and marketing initiatives to expand AtletA's customer base and increase brand awareness and loyalty.

Lead product development efforts to ensure AtletA's offerings meet the needs and preferences of our target audience.

• Manage operations, including supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics, to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.

Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that values teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• Recruit, train, and mentor employees, providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles and contribute to the company's success.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, retail partners, and customers.

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats and adjust strategies accordingly.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and ethical practices in the industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.

Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the retail or apparel industry, with a track record of driving business growth and profitability.

• Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to set clear goals, develop actionable plans, and deliver results.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

• Solid financial acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data, forecast trends, and make informed decisions to optimize performance.

Demonstrated leadership qualities, including integrity, accountability, resilience, and adaptability.

• Passion for sports, fitness, and fashion, with a deep understanding of the target audience and market trends.

Pay: Php40,
