Job DescriptionSupport the backend Renewal Process solutions of Central Business Preservation Unit, aimed to achieve overall incremental GWP and renewal count. Work closely with key business stakeholders such as Operations, IT, Underwriting, and Commercial Business Distribution to ensure effective backend process in Renewals.
Support CBPU Specialist in the GI Renewal backend process:
- Prepare renewal Pipelining of renewing accounts
Prepare GI related renewal quotations and proposals to Distributors;- Assist with the Floats accounts, up to renewal issuance
Coordination with Policy Issuance team on pending cases and ensure completion of renewal cases
- Timely submission of regular and special reports
Assist in the day to day renewal operations, and other tasks that may be required from time to time.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Insurance field is preferredMust have an experience for at least 2 to 3 years related to the role.
Applicants with customer service experience and have background in handling healthcare accounts can also be considered.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Experienced in back office support, and file management for a minimum of 2 years.
- Critical thinking skills, analytical and organized
Experiences in analyzing business and financial data
- Experience in planning and managing resources
Ability to meet with customers/and stakeholders and build business relationship- Must be Tec Savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Tools etcetera
