Polylite Industrial Corporation is currently seeking for a skilled and experienced General Foreman to join our team. As a General Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work environment while ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for managing a team of workers and subcontractors, and ensuring that all work is performed to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate and supervise construction projects from start to finish
- Manage and schedule workers and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement safety protocols- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues or conflicts
- Ensure that all work is performed to the highest quality standards
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any project-related issues
Proven experience as a General Foreman or similar role- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Knowledge of construction safety regulations and protocols- Strong-problem solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
