Responsible in receiving, segregation and distribution of credit card applications from different source channels.- Conduct initial evaluation of credit card applications received following current policies and procedures pertaining to prescreen process.
Responsible in filing, retrieval and safekeeping of physical application forms. Zero tolerance for lost application form.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by time to time
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any college degree in Business Administration or any similar.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but must have related administrative internship experience. (Non-negotiable)
- Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple processes and requests.
Proficiency in MS Office Tools most importantly Microsoft Excel.
(Non-negotiable)- With proven good attendance and punctuality records; willing to commit to the work schedule. Preferably someone who lives near Makati as they will often render OT.
Keen with details - able to detect wrong information based on a reference material i.e. applicant's id and application form (Non-negotiable)
- File management and administrative experience such as filing, sorting, typing using excel and word an advantage.
- Must be willing to work onsite on the given location.

Must be willing to render minimum of 2 OT hours per day.
