Job Description

Must Have:
  • Graduate of any college degree in Business Administration or any similar.
Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple processes and requests.
  • Background in Project Management.
Background in Events Management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Two headcounts; preferably one female and one male for endorsement.
Must be willing to work onsite on the given location.

  • Event Management
Deliver the end-to-end event management process including: scheduling, room arrangements, hotel and flight bookings
  • Administrative Support
Partners with Learning Portfolio Managers and Learning Business Partners to implement identified learning interventions
  • Prepares and processes the required documentations for training delivery (e.g. NDA, vendor agreement, etc.)
Ensures learner records are updated in appropriate databases
  • Provide support to administrative requirements associated with learning (e.g. reports, certification requests, clearance processing, honorarium processing)
Ensures timely processing of payments in coordination with internal partners within the bank (i.e. GSG, etc.)
  • Vendor Coordination
Serves as initial point of contact for vendors for documentation requirements and other similar administrative activities

Pay: From Php13,
  • 00 per month

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
* 13th month salary
