The US Accountant will be working closely with the client to support the business and manage the following tasks:
- Responsible in preparing monthly journal entries such as expense allocations, prepayment, and accrual recognition
Prepares balance sheet reconciliation schedules and other monthly account reconciliations, propose adjusting entries and ensure correctness and integrity of financial data
- Maintains fixed asset register with lapsing schedule for depreciation for all fixed assets
General ledger maintenance- Assist in preparation of Financial Statements such as Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement and Profit & Loss
Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts; defining accounting policies and procedures
- Daily bank reconciliation for all bank accounts and for all entities
Developing and implementing business process improvements- Ad hoc requirements falling under general accounting functions
We are looking for an A-star individual, passionate and competent with what they do and bringing the WOW with the following qualifications:
-At least 2 years of Accounting experience.
-Hands-on experience in using QuickBooks Online or Xero software.
