ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Processing tax payments and returns
Performing audits on financial data to assure its accuracy and truthfulness.- Ensuring that financial information complies with professional and regulatory standards.
Aligning general ledger accounting practices to support budgeting and forecasting.
- Entering financial data such as accruals, deferrals, reclassifications, and interdepartmental entries into the ledger on a monthly basis, as well as preparing reports.
Performing account analysis to ensure that journal entries and balances are correct.- Reconciling accounts with the general ledger.
Gathering supporting documentation and performing recordkeeping.
- Processing of Business Permits, submission of book of accounts to BIR
- REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Accountancy or Finance
Experience in Media or Advertising agency is a plus
- Should be knowledgeable in Philippine accounting standards, tax regulation, and reporting
Proficient in accounting principles and financial statements.- Skilled in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
Competent in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
- Experience with bookkeeping, audits, and maintaining financial records.
At least 1-3 years of significant experience
