We're looking for a
General Accountant.
2-3 years experience in Accounting and Finance.
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or any accounting related course.
With hands-on experience in Microsoft NAV or similar program.- Can work from Tuesday to Sunday, mall hours

A. Accounting Function:
- Maintain project books of accounts and ensure completeness of supporting documents.
Record disbursements accurately and prepare corresponding vouchers.
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and analyze General Ledger balances.
Prepare adjusting entries and submit monthly financial reports for projects.
B. Budget Monitoring:- Ensure expenses align with Annual Operating Plan and project budgets.
Monitor budget balances and report any deviations to appropriate authorities.
- Assist in Annual Operating Plan preparation and provide updated budget reports.
C. Financial Report Generation:
- Generate and analyze monthly reports including General Ledger, Trial Balance, and comparative expense monitoring.
Prepare cost recovery and admin fee reports for each project.- Assist Finance Manager in donor financial report submissions.
D. Internal Audit Function:- Ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine Financial Reporting Standards.
Facilitate internal and external audit requirements.
E
. Other Responsibilities: - Perform additional tasks necessary for role effectiveness.
Expected deliverables include accurate transaction recording, timely bank reconciliation, and submission of financial reports and audit documents.
Allowances- Salary increase upon regularization
