Job Qualification - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 2-4 year(s) of working experience in Property Management specializing in Finance
- General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.- Willing to be assigned to any of the following locations:
Antipolo, RizalBian, Laguna
Carmona, Cavite
Las Pias- Duties and Responsibilities:
To ensure the billing and collection of all unit owners are properly accounted and deposited.
- To monitor the expenses/disbursements on site with proper approval of the Board of Directors
* Prepare financial reports and filling of BIR
- Has a strong background in Financial Statement.
