Report creation for assigned project
- Community management (announcement, comment response, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Passion for online PC and/or mobile games.
Excellent written communication skills.- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on user issues.
Ability to handle difficult customers in a polite and professional manner.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as required.
Applicants must be willing to work onsite in Pasig City.
Preferential
- Previous experience in customer/game/player support, particularly in mail and chat support, is a plus but not required.
Experience in moderating online communities is a plus.
- Good team player who requires minimal supervision.
Experience with MMORPGs, RPGs, Action, Puzzle, and other game genres on PC and/or mobile platforms.
