Job Summary:We're looking for an experienced Furniture Carpenter/Woodworker to create high-quality, custom furniture. You'll work with wood and other materials, following design plans to build and finish furniture pieces.
Build Furniture:- Cut, shape, and assemble wood to create tables, chairs, cabinets, and more.
Apply finishes like stains and varnishes.Read Plans/Layout:
Follow blueprints and design plans to ensure accuracy.
Use and maintain woodworking tools and equipment safely.Ensure Quality:
Inspect finished pieces to ensure they meet quality standards.
Experience in woodworking or furniture making.
- Skilled in using woodworking tools and reading blueprints/layout.
Attention to detail and craftsmanship.- Good communication skills.
- Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.- Relevant experience or training in woodworking.
Work in a workshop with exposure to dust and noise.- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods.
