- About the Role: As a Fundraising Success Specialist, you will be the key point of contact for groups coming to us through our partnerships with youth programming organizations in the US. You'll handle inbound leads, manage the end-to-end fundraising process, and ensure campaign success.Details:
Rate: $4/hour Leave Credits: 12 paid leave credits (6 months)
Respond to Inquiries: Handle incoming inquiries from youth organization leaders via phone and email.
- Explain Fundraising Setup: Clearly articulate our fundraising setup process and steps for a successful campaign.
Persuade and Onboard: Guide and inspire groups to adopt InstaRaises fundraising solutions, facilitating smooth registration and onboarding.- Conduct Kickoffs: Run Zoom presentations to demonstrate the ease of setting up a fundraiser and train participants on best practices.
Support Campaigns: Maintain regular contact with groups during their fundraising campaigns to ensure success and address any issues. Ensure Profit Distribution: Oversee the timely and efficient distribution of profits to the groups.
- Build Relationships: Foster ongoing relationships with groups to secure future business and enhance client satisfaction.
Experience: Previous experience in customer support or account management, preferably in fundraising or sales.
- Professionalism: High level of professionalism in communication, appearance, and demeanor.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and engaging approach.- Independence: Ability to work autonomously while being an integral part of a growing team.
