• About the Job:

Join our client team as a Brand Ambassador Manager where you will oversee in-person fundraising efforts while managing and inspiring a team of dedicated Brand Ambassadors. You will skillfully build a network of passionate donors committed to our client's cause and ensure the team operates effectively and efficiently. As a brand representative, you'll boost our client's organization's impact through exciting marketing activities, all while maintaining the utmost confidentiality in handling donor information.

• Manage a team of Brand Ambassadors, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve fundraising goals.

Conduct and supervise face-to-face fundraising campaigns and activities, converting various individuals to become committed donors of the organization.

• Serve as a brand champion of the organization in various marketing activities.

Handle sensitive donor information with the highest level of confidentiality.

• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and implementing improvements as needed.

• Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing and leading a team.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Strong interpersonal qualities and the ability to connect with diverse groups of people.

• Strong sales background in any industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Must be willing to travel to different locations nationwide as needed for unit operations.

• Preferred Qualifications:

Commitment to upholding ethical standards and fostering donor confidence.

• Experience in team development and performance management.

Preference for candidates who have a proven track record of holding long-term positions.
