About The Team & Business Line
Fund Administration is Citcos core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industrys most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive creation and adoption of our new products through partnership with the business, technology, steer, and execute on new initiatives
- Support product development, business development and marketing efforts
- Maintain a list of feature enhancements, liaise with IT partners and vendors to drive and prioritize product enhancements
- Assist IT and be part of the scrum that develops products
- Work alongside the Business Development team, play an active role in client pitches and prospect engagement
- Lead client delivery and support clients during on-boarding process
- Collaborate with the other product teams on prioritization and reuse of functionality
- Develop and maintain product descriptions, product marketing collateral
- Maintain and develop expertise and keep abreast of market trends/direction and competitors
- Horizon scanning for disruptive technology
- Provide technical and industry knowledge to clients and prospects
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in product, asset management, fund administration, and/or back-office experience
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in the following competencies: product management, project management, information technology, creativity, business analysis, problem solving, customer service
- Keen in addressing client pain points and problem solving
- Comfortable presenting to clients and senior leadership
- Proven ability to execute multi-stakeholder projects or delivering business/technology re-engineering initiatives
- Project management skills, keen attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced reporting skills with Microsoft Excel, data visualization tools
- Leadership skills or supervisory experience a plus
- Familiarity with fund administration is an advantage
