Your Role:
Meet the daily deliverables of the client and other Citco office's Service Level Agreement
Require a comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals of trade capture and data processing
Ability to follow processes and have a fundamental understanding of complex financial instruments
Responsible to manage all aspects of automating and processing, via currently supported interfaces, the loading of client activity/ position related data into Citco's accounting and daily reject processing
Resolve data issues based on an improved understanding of the overall lifecycle of a trade.
Work with teams within and outside of Operational Support to identify and implement process improvement.
Partake in the daily hand over of open tasks.
Support client relationships by verifying and processing their daily Corporate Action activity
Prepare and review daily events including, but not limited to, market listed corporate actions, option activity, paydowns and privately held events in line with Client Service Level Agreements
Investigate and resolve open break items between Citco and broker/counterparty records by liaising with clients and third parties.
Understand financial instruments so as to verify impact of corporate actions and ensure proper PandL capture and risk management reporting.
Produce auditable month-end reporting packages to support client positions, trades and cash
Support the conversion of any new clients or existing migrations.
Maintain positive and professional relationships with Investment Managers, clients, and other Citco offices
Contribute to the continuous improvement and enhancement of operational systems

You must a Bachelor degree with a keen interest in financial services. Ideally 1- 2 Years in Financial Services with an exposure to Operations processing.
You with a STRONG knowledge of financial instruments; global markets, OTC security markets, fixed Income and derivatives will be an advantage.
You must comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel
You must have the competencies in Technical Knowledge and Commercial Acumen, Quality and Risk Control, Decision Making, Client Service, Communication, Teamwork, Coaching, Drive for Result and Adaptability.
You are Diploma or Bachelor level degree (a focus in Finance, Accounting, Math or Economics preferred but not required);
You have knowledge of or an appetite to learn financial instruments such as Equities, OTC Derivates, Common Stock, Bonds, Options, futures, Forwards, Swaps, and other instruments.
You are proficient in Microsoft Excel (experience with advanced formulas, data analysis, and macros is an asset.)
You have 1+ years of experience in Financial Services with exposure to Operations Processing is an advantage.
You are knowledgeable in the use third-party information sources like Bloomberg, FT Interactive and the like.
You have good communication skills.
