Fund Accounting – Team Leader | Hybrid (2-4x a month in office), Night Shift (9PM-6AM)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fund Accounting Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Private Equity Fund Accounting with a focus on General Partners, along with supervisory experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and proficiency in Sage Intact and/or Investran.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of fund accountants.
• Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Provide guidance and support to team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience in Private Equity Fund Accounting with a focus on General Partners.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Sage Intact and/or Investran.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with DealCloud CRM.

Work Setup:

• Hybrid work model with 2-4 days in the office per month.
• Night shift from 9PM to 6AM.
