About the Role:
In this role, you will lead the full implementation of customized software solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with project teams and clients to understand their business processes, gather requirements, and ensure seamless integration of our solutions to meet their needs. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving successful project outcomes, providing training, and offering post-implementation support.
Responsibilities:
- Perform full implementation of the assigned solutions, interacting directly with clients and accommodating unique industry, business and management processes, regulatory requirements and other business specifications
- Plan out and create process flows and blueprints for software projects, including scoping, indicating tests & maintenance plans
- Work closely with clients to understand their business processes, objectives and challenges. Facilitates the workshops and interviews to gather detailed requirements
- Create functional and user documentation
- Plan and discuss with client on business process improvements to configure system features/functions
- Develop and communicate client requirements with the project implementation team on potential product customizations. Work with them to build, develop, and test customized solutions.
- Conduct demos, training and walkthrough of the system process areas
- Provide post-implementation support and solve issues related to system implementation
- Communicate and collaborate with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and deliver successful implementations. Provide regular updates on project status and escalate any risks or issues as necessary.
- Continuously enhance knowledge by staying up-to-date on the updates, features and industry best practices through trainings and certifications
- Other responsibilities that may be assigned related to project implementation, department and/or administrative tasks as assigned by the management
