- Support BPM by conducting thorough reviews of business requirements, offering essential assistance as needed.
Engage in detailed assessments of existing and proposed processes, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of business needs and objectives.- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments to gather insights into current challenges and future goals.

- Oversee the configuration of ERP systems, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Collaborate with development teams to implement and test configurations to optimize ERP processes.
_Functional Testing:
_- Rigorously conduct Functional testing on proposed system solutions, validating that enhancements align with predefined business requirements.
Collaborate proactively with development teams to address and swiftly resolve any identified issues, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Qualifications/Education:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Management, Business, or a related field
Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience, including expertise in ERP Systems.
- Demonstrated proficiency in gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting processes, and working with cross-functional teams.
Proven expertise in leading complex projects, strategic planning, and providing guidance to junior analysts.- Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and contributing to organizational decision-making.
Experience in the Real Estate-related industry is advantageous but not mandatory
