Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Finance Functional Analyst who will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and system capabilities, ensuring that the financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. The job will require working closely with stakeholders across Finance and IT to analyze, assess, and implement financial system solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent;
  • At least 3 years relevant work experience;
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial process, and related terminology;
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications;
  • Experience with financial systems such as ERP, accounting software, or budgeting tools;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple task efficiently; and
  • Willing to work on-site in Makati.
