- To enhance/ patch existing systems
To develop new systems, interface programs, and reports- To conduct unit and integration testing
To prepare documentation materials and implementation procedures
To do defect/ bug troubleshooting- To file tickets in TOL, Jira, Sapphire, and do other admin functions
