We are seeking a highly experienced Video Editor who is passionate about video marketing and has extensive experience working with coaches, consultants, and influencers. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a managerial position for our video editing and marketing initiatives.
Position Overview:
We are on the hunt for an A playersomeone who is not just a video editor but a strategic thinker. You will be responsible for editing a variety of content formats, including YouTube videos, short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels), and long-form content. We are looking for someone who can bring our brand's vision to life through engaging and high-quality video content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit high-quality, engaging videos for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop video strategies aligned with BLB's brand.
- Manage the end-to-end video editing process, from concept to final delivery.
- Incorporate feedback from team members to fine-tune video content.
- Stay updated on video editing trends and implement best practices.
- Be proactive in suggesting new video content ideas to boost engagement.
- Over time, take on managerial responsibilities for our video editing and marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience editing videos for coaches, consultants, and influencers.
- Mastery of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of social media video formats and requirements (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram).
- Creativity and an eye for detail to enhance video storytelling.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in creating graphics, subtitles, and effects to enhance video content.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred):
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, and video effects.
- Background in marketing or content strategy.
