We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our Hospitality Management department as a full-time teaching faculty member. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in tourism management, a commitment to educational excellence, and the ability to inspire and engage students.
Develop and deliver high-quality course content in hospitality management.- Engage students through interactive and innovative teaching methods.
Provide academic advising and mentorship to students.
- Conduct research and contribute to the advancement of the tourism management field.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and program offerings.- Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and professional development activities.
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate relevant knowledge into the classroom.
Educational Background in Hospitality Management.
- Teaching experience at the collegiate level is a plus.
Demonstrated expertise in tourism management and related disciplines.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to student success and academic excellence.
- Experience with online and blended learning platforms is a plus.
