We are a small Canadian Rental property management company; we now need a full time property assistant/manager who works remotely from home.
Main responsibility:
Communicate with property owners, tenants, contractors, paralegal, and government departments by email, phone calls and text messages
Manage our properties by working with our on site employees and contractors
Keep a good relationship with the property owners , tenants and contractors
Prepare legal notices
Bookkeeping
Sign up with new clients(Sales)
Ad hoc duties if needed
Requirement:
Must be able to speak fluent English and have good command of written English
Must have a computer with internet at home
Must have a smart phone with internet access
Must have good customer communication skills
Ideally have customer service/sales experience
must work following our work time due to time difference
Philippine's Time: Session one 10am to 2pm and Session two 10:30pm to 1:30am
Monday :Session two only
Tuesday to Friday: Session one and two
Saturday: session one only
Sunday: off
