Job Description:



Officium is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will play a critical role in supporting our daily operations across various functions, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. We pride ourselves on efficiency, innovation, and exceptional customer service. As we expand, we are seeking a dedicated Operations Associate to join our team and support our day-to-day administrative and operational functions.
  • Core Responsibilities

Lead Generation:
  • Utilize LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to generate leads for the client
Actively connect with potential clients, manage connections, and foster engagement on social media platforms.
  • Identify qualified leads and schedule calls for further discussion.

Social Media Management:
  • Comments, nurturing and customer engagement on social media

Creating events on LinkedIn and Facebook groups
  • Manage and moderate Facebook groups, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor social media analytics and adapt strategies for optimal engagement.

Email Marketing:
  • Manage a designated email list provided by Bhavna.


Craft and send targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and promote Officium UK's offerings.

Client Management and Admin Tasks:
  • Attend client webinars and client calls (3x per week) and take detailed Minutes of Meeting.
Note down client enquiries during calls and proactively send relevant resources for their reference.
  • Build positive relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.

Administrative Support
  • Manage client's calendar, schedule classes, and handle other administrative tasks as needed.
Maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Respond promptly to existing client inquiries and concerns.
Provide personalized assistance and support to maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • Tech Savvy
Proactive and a team player
  • Client-facing is a must
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, or a strong understanding of marketing and administrative functions.
  • Proven experience with social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
Experience in online community management, particularly Facebook groups.
  • Experience with lead generation techniques and marketing automation tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
Preferably with experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly, Doodle).

Other Qualifications:
  • Has an internet speed minimum of 25 mbps
Flexible working hours, 9AM-5PM UK time
  • Has a quality laptop to use

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php40,
  • 00 per month
