Job Title: Full-Time Faculty Teacher General Education
- Job Summary: The Full-Time Faculty Teacher for General Education will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction across a variety of general education courses. This role involves developing and implementing curriculum, assessing student performance, and fostering a supportive learning environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to student success and academic excellence.
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lectures and course materials in general education subjects.- Develop and update course syllabi, instructional materials, and assessments.
Facilitate classroom discussions, group activities, and hands-on learning experiences.
- Evaluate and grade student assignments, projects, and exams in a timely manner.
Provide academic advising and support to students, including mentoring and career guidance.- Participate in departmental meetings, faculty development activities, and academic committees.
Stay current with developments in the field of general education and integrate best practices into teaching.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Liberal Arts, or related field
- Previous teaching experience in general education courses is highly desirable.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to engage and motivate a diverse student population.
