We have a stable customer service team with 10+ CSRs is seeking experienced Supervisor.
Lead and manage the existing customer service team to ensure high performance and operational efficiency.
- Develop strategies to enhance team performance and exceed service targets.
Coordinate team activities, manage schedules, and provide training for skill development.- Oversee day-to-day operations, including facilities management and resource optimization.
Mentor and motivate team members to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Address team-related challenges promptly to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align team objectives with company goals.- Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Proven experience in team management, preferably in customer service.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.- Proficiency in team management tools.
