Job DescriptionProvides friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional experience for all of our guests. Creates and serves hot or cold beverages, often tailored to the customer's preferences.
- Welcome and greet guests. Make all our guests feel comfortable.
Prepares coffee and other beverages by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks and other beverages.- Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment.
Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing experience; maintaining supplies, pastries, etc.
- Maintain clean service areas.
Monitor and observe guests experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.
- Must be graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree of Hospitality, Tourism or equivalent.
Skills required: Coffee knowledge, Basic Latte Art, and basic inventory and stock monitoring- Active listening skills and excellent communication skills.
Has good work ethics and capable of working as a team.
- Amenable to work in _BGC, Taguig or Ortigas, Pasig_
