BARISTA Job description

We are looking for YOU! Come be a part of trendy and exclusive coffee shop environment! We are looking to hire a hard-working, self-motivated, and high-energy individuals to join our staff as a Barista.

• Qualifications:

Previous work 1 year experience as a Barista or Waiter/Waitress for coffeeshop (required to do latte art) (Advantage but not required)

• Hands-on experience with brewing equipment (advantage if can do pour over coffee)

Knowledge of sanitation regulations

• Ability to gauge customers preferences

Excellent communication skills

• You Will Be Responsible For:

• Greet customers as they enter

Give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients

• Prepare beverages following recipes

Serve beverages and prepared food, like cookies, pastries, cakes

• Receive and process payments

Keep the shop clean

• Inventory check

Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs

• Comply with health and safety regulations

Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
