Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer who is comfortable with both front and backend programming. Primary responsibilities include designing user interactions on websites, developing servers, and
databases for website functionality, and coding for mobile platforms, among others.

Will be required to seek out a project from conception to final product, requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail. The role will also be assigned to work on the various Loanworks systems.

• Primary responsibilities:

Work with development teams and product managers to discuss software solutions
Design client-side and server-side architecture
Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
Write effective APIs and RESTful services
Test, troubleshoot and debug software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
Create security and data protection settings
Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
Write technical documentation and manuals when necessary
Work with clients and internal team during the development cycle
Consider security, maintenance, scalability and more during development
Perform other related duties as required.

• QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

3-5 years+ proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
Degree in Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Information Technology or relevant field
Knowledgeable with the principle and skill of basic prototype design, UI design, UX design
Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (TFS, GIT, etc.)
Experience developing web and mobile applications, familiarity with common stacks
Understanding of Australian Fintech Industry (desirable)

• PREFERRED SKILLS

Front-end technologies _HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript_
Front End Frameworks or third-party libraries _JQuery, Vue.JS, AngularJS, or REACT_
Experience in working on Responsive/Mobile design and development
Experience in working on APIs and RESTful services
Programming languages - _.NET, C#_
Proficiency in the use of_MS SQL Server_
Familiar with web and window services,_XML and XSLT_ transformations
Good problem-solving skills
Very good communication and teamwork skills.
