We are currently seeking a meticulous and driven Full Service Bookkeeper to join our team. This person will be responsible for maintaining the books and handling accounts payable for three related funeral homes. Our ideal candidate would consider themselves resourceful, generally optimistic, and comfortable navigating new softwares.
Bookkeeping via NetSuite for three companies
- Remit checks to vendors (approx. 450/mo)
Virtual file management- Auditing / Quality Control
Process creation and maintenance
Familiarty with Net Suite
Organized
Experience working with NetSuite, or at least Quickbooks- Basic accounting knowledge
