The Fulfillment Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a small team within the fulfillment department, ensuring that orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. This role involves coordinating with other departments, implementing processes to improve productivity and quality, and ensuring high customer satisfaction by maintaining product processing and shipping standards.
2+ years in a fulfillment or warehouse environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and relevant software.
Experience using data and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Inventory management skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Supervise, train, and evaluate a small team of fulfillment associates to ensure high performance.- Schedule and coordinate shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and address any issues.
