Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in timely and professional manner.
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferebly in similar roles.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, such as shopee, lazada, tiktok shops- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment
