JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Bachelor's/College Degree preferably in Accountancy.
At least 3-5 years work related experience or assistance in Finance/Accounting preferably gained in IT security, enterprise software, web services or High Technology Company.
Knowledge and experience in Order-to-Invoice Management, Account Receivables and Customer Relationship Management.
Knowledge in Accounting in relation to J-SOX, an advantage
Excellent English Verbal and Written communication skills. Japanese Language is a plus but not required.
Excellent customer service skills.
Detail-oriented, as well as good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong time management skills: able to prioritize and manage multiple activities, effectively manage his/her own time, and work independently to meet defined fulfillment performance metrics.
High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidential information.
Makes sure that Fulfillment team manages confidential information with integrity and to its full ability.
Able to handle and manage a team of fulfillment specialists.
Willing to travel overseas for business trips and trainings.
