We are looking for A customer Service Agent to support one of our eCommerce clients that sells wines. They are a GLOBAL winery that sources wines from all over the world to make it more accessible and less intimidating for the everyday drinker.
Requirements
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Service Representative
Good written communication skills
Personable
Familiar with Zendesk, Shopify and Shipstation
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proven problem-solving skills
Can work a flexible schedule
