KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:This position will support the FSES Preventive Maintenance Section in the successful and more effective execution of the scheduled inspection, testing, and maintenance of all fire safety hardware as required by the Bureau of Fire Protection and NFPA
- This manpower requirement will replace the existing third-party contract for FDAS preventive maintenance work, resulting in significant savings from the company's financial resources.
- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The FSES Technician is responsible for ensuring the preventive maintenance and repair of all FDAS (Fire Detection and Alarm System) and Fire Safety-related devices. Capable of guiding his fellow FSES team in implementing the best maintenance strategy. Responsible for providing effective 24-hour/day, seven days/week, 365 days/year, inspection, testing, and maintenance of FDAS devices in the property as programmed by the FSES Preventive Maintenance Manager, but not limited to needed fire safety support to FSES team and ultimately our customers and clients with regards to any fire safety concerns.
- QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS:
Collegiate degree in electrical engineering or equivalent technical trade study in electrical/electronic education.- Minimum three (3) years of experience in FDAS with a similar position in a five-star Hotel or similar organization.
Knowledge of electrical and electronic technology.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting, testing, and proposing repair methods in the Fire Alarm and Detection System (FDAS) without supervision.
Ability to follow instructions given by his immediate superior.- Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment.
Capability in generating fire safety-relevant findings and reports.
- Must be a good team player and flexible to any given task.

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
