Job Summary
- Responsible for the integrity of the Parent & Consolidated Financial Performance of the bank for submission to Senior Management (ALCO/SMC/BOD) including the preparation of the PowerPoint draft/materials.
- Accurate and timely preparation and submission of the Monthly RCBC Consolidated Financial Statements, SEC Form17Q Report (Quarterly), SEC 2301 Report (Quarterly) and the SEC 17A Report (Annual) with analysis
How will you contribute
- Prepares Daily Trial Balance report with analysis for BSP and Management reports & daily Trading & FXPL report to determine Treasurys gain/loss on their trading activities.
- Analyzes the movements of the daily balance sheet accounts and the daily booking of income and expenses incurred as basis for the Monthly Forecast.
- Prepares Weekly Balance Sheet for Asset-Liability Management Committee (ALCO).
- Prepares monthly PowerPoint presentation on the financial performance of the Bank on a consolidated level including the reporting to the BOD and due diligence materials.
- Prepares/monitors & analyses financial ratios for Parent & Consolidated including subsidiaries that includes Economic Indicators & Performance indicators.
- Undertakes budget preparation and monitoring of Operating Expenses (OPEX) for the Division and Corporate Overhead.
- Update Balance Sheet and Income Statement vs. Audited Financial Statement for Parent and Consolidated Report
- Timely and accurate submission of the Consolidated Financial Statements of the
- Bank and Subsidiaries on a monthly basis
- Timely processing and submission of SEC 17Q Quarterly Report to SEC
What will make you successful
- Bachelors degree in Accounting. Preferably as
- Certified Public Accountant
- Working knowledge on FS Analysis, Banks products, Cost Analysis, Treasury products, Budgeting, Income Tax for Banks, familiar to
- banks Chart of Accounts and Accounting entries, Transfer Pricing
- At least 3 to 5 years in related work
