  • JOB SUMMARY:

As Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of the centre. You will provide strong support to our executive team, and collaborate closely with our CEO to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
  • JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Market available coworking spaces and leased offices to prospective clients.
  • Draft and negotiate lease agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs, overseeing transition process.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with clients and tenants to ensure their satisfaction.
Develop and maintain protocols for housekeeping and receptionist ensuring a clean and organized environment.
  • Manage security, access control, and emergency response protocols.
Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, client information, and space utilization.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to invoicing, rent collection, and tenant communication.
Prepare and present regular reports on occupancy rates and client satisfaction.

  • JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Progressive career in Front Office with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of Front Office systems and processes

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
