Supervise and support front office staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Provide exceptional customer service and handle guest inquiries and complaints.
Oversee the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Manage reservations and room assignments, optimizing occupancy and revenue.
Train and mentor front office team members, promoting a positive work environment.
Assist with administrative tasks and maintain front office supplies and equipment.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Proven experience as a Front Office Supervisor for 3 years in a hotel.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office.
Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
