As a Front Office Supervisor, you will embrace the goal of creating an excellent guest experience by being dedicated to taking care of guests from the minute they arrive until they depart.
Manage and assist the front desk staff in achieving their full potential and attaining departmental objectives through providing advice and assistance.
Provide hands-on support in managing the front office activities efficiently.
Assist visitors and make their stay pleasurable.
Have optimism regarding all aspects of guest relations, greeting and recognizing all kinds of visitor, even those who need extra care.
Communicate with all departments and maintain positive working relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or any related courses
Service focused personality is essential
Prior experience in a similar leadership capacity is preferred.
Excellent in verbal and written communication
Excellent in decision making skills
Excellent training skills
